In most cases we can help our customers immediately by solving the faults by telephone. Naturally, we will immediately schedule a Service appointment to eliminate the underlying cause. We are the ideal party for the mandatory annual inspections, and also to carry out any appropriate Service. For the 10-yearly re-inspection by an external expert, we can provide your crane with Service so that it is guaranteed to pass the inspection. If you want to make adjustments to one of the systems, this is always possible. Consider, for example, increasing the lifting weight, making a crane proportional or expanding a spud pole system."
